Welcome to g3nqf.co.uk the photoblog of UK Radio Amateur Roger with the transmitting call sign G3NQF.
I started this blog so that I could show some photographs of my ham radio station and the scenery near my home so that any radio amateur who I contact may if he wishes see some views of the area he had made contact with. It has grown to include places futher away and then places I have visited abroad and is still becoming more diverse. Having retired early from a long career in Telecommunications, I have spent much of my time enjoying photography, amateur radio and walking in the Gloucestershire countryside. Having also enjoyed travel most of my life I have visited Colombia and The Czech Republic in recent years.
This blog is mainly a collection of images I have shot in more recent years. All the images are my intellectual property.
Hints on using the site, Move the screen up to view more pictures and notice at the bottom left of the screen the word BACK, click there to continue viewing photos in the same category until only the word NEXT is displayed there, clicking on next takes you forward again through the ones you have seen, in some cases the name of the following photo may be displayed instead of BACK or NEXT. At the bottom of the home page is a list of the categories you may choose to find your choice of photographs in. The larger the print the more photos under that category. Most photos are stored under two categories, for example Gloucestershire and canal or Stroud and everything else, as appropriate.
